how we craft

we make nearly everything ourselves, right here in-house, because we believe the best things are made with intention. from baking cookies to hand-whipping mallow fluff, steeping tea to roasting nuts, every cone starts with real, high-quality ingredients and a whole lot of love. we’re obsessed with doing things the right way—slow, thoughtful, layered, and full of joy. and while we do make most things from scratch, there are a few treasures we could never top (ahem, fruity pebbles), so we let the icons shine when it makes sense. in the end, it’s not just what’s in the pint—it’s how it got there, and why. and for us, that “why” is always you.

Composed cones

our composed cones are built to be more than the sum of their parts. every element is chosen to create contrast—creamy and crunchy, tangy and sweet, warm and cold, soft and snappy. we layer textures like crumbly cookie, sticky jam, silky soft serve, and crisp magic shell, all in one bite. flavors are balanced and bold, never random—vanilla that cuts through tart fruit, chocolate that melts into spice, sprinkles that actually taste like something. we think about how it feels, how it melts, how it lingers. they’re like plated desserts disguised as soft serve—layered, thoughtful, and made to be eaten with your hands.

our forever flavors are the ones we’ve chosen to represent normal® out in the wild. these are the flavor and texture combos we believe in most—packed into our pints, bars, sandos, and norm cores, and made to live in grocery stores, corner shops, and your freezer at home. every one is built from the same small-batch mindset as our shop treats, just designed to go anywhere and stay just as good. they’re playful, balanced, and built to last—normal® in its most portable form.
